How to Take Assessments and Quizzes

Assessments let you test your Arabic skills and unlock the next level or course. Here's how to find and take one.

Step 1: Go to Assessments & Quizzes

Click Assessments & Quizzes in the left sidebar of your dashboard.

Step 2: Find the Right Assessment

You'll see a list of available tests, along with filters for Type, Level, and Competency, plus a search bar to find a specific assessment.

Note: only assessments tied to courses you've purchased will appear here.

Each assessment card shows key details before you start:

• Number of questions
• Time limit
• Passing score
• Maximum attempts allowed

Step 3: Start the Assessment

Once you're ready, click Start Assessment on the relevant card.

Step 4: Review Your Results

After submitting, you'll see whether you passed based on the required passing score.

Some assessments include sections that need to be manually marked (like written or spoken responses). In that case, your results won't be available immediately, you'll receive your full results once marking is complete.

A Few Things to Know Before You Start

• Complete the course first. Most assessments are designed to be taken only after finishing all lessons in the related course, take time to revise beforehand.
• Attempts are limited. Each assessment shows a maximum number of attempts (often just 1–2), so don't rush into it unprepared.
• Assessments are a certificate requirement. Passing the relevant assessment is one of the steps required to earn your course certificate.
