Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time from your account settings. Changes to your plan will take effect immediately, and we'll prorate the charges accordingly.

When you cancel your subscription, you can continue using your paid plan until the end of your current billing period. After that, you'll be automatically moved to the free plan. You won't lose any of your progress or completed courses.

Yes! After completing your purchase, an invoice is automatically sent to your registered email address. You can also download invoices anytime from your account dashboard under "Billing & Payments" section.

With monthly billing, you're charged once per month. With yearly billing, you pay for 12 months upfront and typically save 20% compared to monthly billing. You can switch between billing frequencies at any time.

If a payment fails, we'll notify you immediately via email. You'll have 7 days to update your payment method. During this grace period, you'll retain access to your subscription features. If the payment isn't resolved within 7 days, your subscription will be downgraded to the free plan.

Currently, we don't offer a pause feature. However, you can cancel your subscription and reactivate it at any time. All your progress and course history will be preserved.

Yes! We offer special pricing for students and educators. Please contact our support team with proof of your student or educator status to learn about available discounts.

Each subscription plan has monthly limits for courses, live classes, and certificates. These limits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle. If you exceed your limit, you can either upgrade your plan or purchase add-ons for additional capacity.
