Teaching, the agent programme and referrals — answered
No. We look for a strong command of Arabic, real teaching experience and the ability to explain clearly in English. Native and non-native teachers are both welcome to apply.

Our academic team reviews every application, usually within a week. Shortlisted teachers are invited to a short interview and demo lesson. Once approved, you get a teacher dashboard and complete your profile for verification.

Referrals are a thank-you for learners: you are rewarded when a friend you invite makes their first purchase. Agents are partners: you earn a percentage of every payment your customers make for as long as they keep learning, and you get a personal discount code to share. The current rates are shown on the Work with Us page.

Every approved agent gets a personal discount code. When a new customer uses it at checkout they become your customer, exactly as if they had used your agent link, and every payment they make earns you commission. You will find the code on your agent dashboard.

Commission becomes payable once the refund window on each payment has closed. We pay out monthly to your bank, PayPal or wallet once your ready balance reaches the payout minimum; smaller balances roll over to the next month. If a payment is refunded, the commission on it is reversed.

Payouts
When someone opens your agent link, their browser remembers you for 30 days. If they create an account at any point in those 30 days — even if they leave and come back later — they become your customer for life, and you earn on every payment they make. After 30 days the link no longer counts for that visitor. If they opened another agent's link first, that agent keeps them. Your discount code has no time limit: a new customer who uses it at checkout becomes yours whenever they use it.

Each commission first waits out the refund window, then becomes ready for payout. Once a month we send you everything that is ready — as long as it adds up to at least $50. If your ready balance is lower, say $32, nothing is sent that month and the amount carries over until it reaches $50. Nothing is ever lost; the minimum just avoids tiny transfers being eaten up by fees.

Yes. Teaching, the agent programme and referrals can be combined: a teacher can also be an agent, and every learner can refer friends. You cannot earn commission on your own purchases.
