How to Do an Exercise in a Course
Exercises are where you put what you've learned into practice as you study Arabic online. Here's how to find and complete them.
Step 1: Open a Course
From My Courses, click into the course you want to study.
Step 2: Read the Lesson Content
Go through the lesson material on the page. Exercises are tied directly to the lesson you're viewing.
Step 3: Scroll Down to the Exercises
At the bottom of the lesson page, you'll find the exercises for that lesson.
Some lessons include multiple sets of exercises, shown as separate tabs, work through each tab to cover all the practice available for that lesson.
Step 4: Complete the Exercise
Answer the exercise questions as prompted, then submit your responses. You can keep answering till you get the right answer. You will get score report at the end, but it will not affect course progress or certification.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to complete every exercise tab before moving on? It's best practice to complete all available exercise sets for a lesson to reinforce what you've learned, though requirements may vary by course.
Are exercises the same as assessments or quizzes? No, exercises are part of the lesson itself for practice, while assessments and quizzes are separate, often larger tests tied to course or level completion.
Can I redo an exercise if I get something wrong? Most lesson exercises allow you to retry and practice as needed, since they're meant for learning rather than formal grading.
