How to Sign Up as a Parent or Guardian for Your Child

If your child is under 13, GoArabic requires their account to be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian. Here's how to set it up in a few simple steps.

Step 1: Go to the Sign-Up Page

Visit goarabic.net and click Start for Free in the top right corner, or Start Learning Free on the homepage banner.

Step 2: Enter Your Own Information

Even though this account is for your child to learn on, it's registered under your details:

• Full Name — your name, as the parent or guardian
• Email Address — your email (this is what you'll use to sign in and manage the account)
• Password — must be at least 8 characters
• Confirm Password — re-enter the same password

Step 3: Institution or Invitation Code (Optional)

If your child was invited by a school or program, select Yes under "Are you part of an institution or have an invitation code?" and either:

• Select institution — choose it from the dropdown if it's listed
• Invitation code — enter the code you were given

If not, leave this set to No.

Step 4: Select "Parent or Guardian"

Under "Who is this account for?", choose:

I am a parent or guardian registering my child.

You'll see a notice explaining that students under 13 can only access GoArabic through an account created and managed by their parent or legal guardian.

Step 5: Confirm Consent

Two checkboxes will appear, both are required:

1. I confirm I am the parent or legal guardian of this child and consent to their use of GoArabic on my account.
   • Note: you sign in with this account, and your child learns through it directly, they won't need a separate login of their own.
2. I agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Step 6: Create the Account

Click Create Account.

Step 7: Verify Your Email

Check your inbox for a verification email and click the link inside. You'll be redirected straight to the dashboard, fully verified, from there, your child can start learning using your account.
