How to Sign Up with an Institution or Invitation Code

If you were invited to GoArabic by a school, organization, or teacher, you can link your account to your institution during sign-up. Here's how.

Step 1: Go to the Sign-Up Page

Visit goarabic.net and click Start for Free or Start Learning Free to open the account creation form.

Step 2: Enter Your Basic Information

Fill in your Full Name, Email Address, Password, and Confirm Password as usual.

Step 3: Select "Yes" for Institution or Invitation Code

Under "Are you part of an institution or have an invitation code?", select Yes. Two options will appear:

Option A: Select Institution

A dropdown menu will appear. If your institution has chosen to make itself visible in the system, you'll see its name listed, select it to link your account.

Option B: Invitation Code

A text box will appear instead. Type in the invitation code exactly as it was given to you by your institution or instructor.

Don't have your institution listed, or don't have a code? Check with your instructor or program administrator to confirm the correct details before continuing.

Step 4: Complete the Rest of the Form

Choose who the account is for (yourself, or as a parent/guardian registering a child), agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, then click Create Account.

Step 5: Verify Your Email

Check your inbox for the verification email and click the link. You'll be redirected straight to your dashboard, fully verified.

Step 6: Wait for Institution Approval

Once you've signed up, your request is sent to your institution's admin for review. They'll need to admit and accept you before your institution access is fully active.

In the meantime, you're not locked out. You'll have full access to your normal student dashboard right away, a great time to fill in your profile and get familiar with the platform while you wait to be approved.
