Billing
When you cancel your subscription, you can continue using your paid plan until the end of your current billing period. After that, you'll be automatically moved to the free plan. You won't lose any of your progress or completed courses.

Currently, we don't offer a pause feature. However, you can cancel your subscription and reactivate it at any time. All your progress and course history will be preserved.

Account
To delete your account, go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. You'll be asked to confirm. Note that account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your progress, certificates, and enrollment history will be lost. Active subscriptions should be cancelled first.
