How to Add Members to Your Institution
Growing your institution on GoArabic's online Arabic platform, whether adding teachers or students, only takes a few steps.
Step 1: Log In as the Institution Admin
Sign in using the account that oversees your institution. On your dashboard, you'll find the Invite Members panel.
Step 2: Choose How You Want to Invite
You have three ways to bring new members in:
Option A: Send a Single Invite
Click Send Single Invite, then enter the person's email address to send them a direct invitation.
Option B: Bulk Invite
Click Bulk Invite, then paste multiple email addresses into the text box to invite several people at once, handy when onboarding a whole class or teaching staff in one go.
Option C: Share a Link or Code
Under Share a Link, you'll find:
- An institution code (e.g.
INST-0PK0PSMW), click Copy code to share it directly - A join link (e.g.
https://goarabic.net/join/INST-0PK0PSMW), click Copy link to share it via email, chat, or anywhere else
Anyone who signs up using the code or link during registration will automatically be linked to your institution.
Step 3: Approve Incoming Requests
However someone joins — by invite, code, or link — their request lands as pending until you, the admin, approve it. Be sure to check your pending requests regularly so new members aren't left waiting.
Frequently Asked Questions
What's the difference between the institution code and the join link? They do the same thing, the code is a short reference members can type in manually, while the link takes them straight to the sign-up page pre-filled with that code.
Can I invite both teachers and students the same way? Yes, the same invite methods work regardless of role. Role assignment is typically handled separately after the member joins.
Do invited members get access right away? No, all join requests land as pending until an institution admin reviews and approves them.
Is there a limit to how many emails I can bulk invite at once? The Bulk Invite text box accepts multiple emails pasted together, though very large lists may need to be split into batches.
