Teacher Ahmed Alatam

Ahmed | Certified Arabic Language Teacher
Hello! My name is Ahmed, and I am a Certified Arabic Language Teacher with more than 27 years of teaching experience. Throughout my career, I have taught Arabic to both native Arabic speakers and learners of Arabic as a foreign language. During this journey, I have helped hundreds of students from diverse nationalities and cultural backgrounds acquire Arabic and achieve their academic, professional, and personal goals.
I have worked in public and private schools, as well as specialized institutes for teaching Arabic to non-native speakers. I have extensive experience in both face-to-face and online instruction, and I currently teach on international language-learning platforms, helping students from all over the world achieve fluency in Arabic.
One of my most significant professional achievements is co-authoring a comprehensive nine-book series for teaching Arabic to non-native speakers, published on Amazon, in addition to co-authoring specialized books for teaching the Yemeni dialect. These publications reflect my commitment to developing practical, engaging, and effective learning materials that make Arabic easier and more enjoyable to learn.
I offer a wide range of courses, including:
Modern Standard Arabic (MSA)
Media Arabic
Arabic Literature
Arabic Grammar, Morphology, Spelling, and Rhetoric
Arabic Conversation and Fluency Development
Reading, Writing, and Listening Skills
Arabic for Academic and Professional Purposes
Business Arabic
Yemeni Arabic Dialect
Gulf Arabic Dialect
Qur'an, Tajweed
I believe that language learning is most successful when it becomes a tool for real communication rather than simply the study of grammar. Therefore, I teach using the Communicative Language Teaching (CLT) approach, combined with modern language-teaching methodologies that encourage students to communicate confidently and actively from the very first lesson.
Every lesson is carefully tailored to each student's level, needs, and lear
