Step-by-Step Guide

How to View Assessment Analytics

Instructors can track how students are performing on an assessment through GoArabic's institution module.

Step 1: Go to Assessment Management

Log in as an instructor. In the side panel, click Assessments, then All Assessments.

Step 2: Open Analytics for an Assessment

Find the assessment you want to review, then click Analytics on its card.

Step 3: Review the Overview Stats

At the top of the Assessment Analytics page, you'll see:

  • Total Attempts and how many are completed
  • Average Score, shown as a percentage out of total points
  • Pass Rate, along with how many students passed out of total attempts
  • Avg Time Spent, compared against the assessment's target duration

Step 4: Check the Score Distribution and Status Breakdown

Below the overview, the Score Distribution chart shows how scores are spread out, while Status Breakdown shows how many students are Completed, Graded, or In Progress.

Step 5: Review Recent Activity and Time Analysis

Further down, Recent Activity lists the latest student attempts (or shows "No activity yet" if none have started). Time Analysis breaks down how many students finished Fast, at a Normal pace, or Slow relative to the target time.

Step 6: Use Additional Tools as Needed

From the top of the page, you can also:

  • Click Item Analysis to see performance on individual questions
  • Click Export CSV to download the full results
  • Click Bulk Grading to grade multiple submissions at once
  • Click View All Results to see every student's individual attempt
